Love the packaging

Everything, delivery time, price, was amazing. Top place i plan to get my clothes from. The only issue is (which might've been the postal services fault) was that my shoes came in bent and warped and the box for the shoes and the "END" box came in battered and bursting open

Terrible, i cant understand that why it takes so long for delivery. And the customer service sucks, i try to cancel the order before dispatch, but CS replied me it cannot be cancelled after dispatching the shoes. I cant even received till now

Stay away!! TERRIBLE experience with this retailer who have yet to refund me for products returned on the 22nd August worth nearly £150. I have had to contact them multiple times, providing evidence on multiple occasions that I returned the products and yet I have had nothing back from them. This is completely unacceptable and I've never seen such horrendous customer experience from other retailers.

Same as many others. This used to be a great site but it sounds like they have made some changes to their IT which has left them with a massive backlog of orders and no idea when anything will ship. Not acceptable and there was little apology or ownership from their support team. Avoid.

Late delivery

2 weeks to deliver my order, no information, contacted for more info and for no response at all left in the dark

Great experience and stock availability.
Delivery linkage with dpd could be improved. Ordered on Friday, said tbd Tuesday but arrived next day with overnight notice and wasn’t at home
